April 2011. Safeview showcased its CAS and Middleware solutions at PCTA Show in Manila, Philippines.
Safeview took part in the most important event of the cable TV industry in Philippines where its latest CAS and Middleware solutions where displayed in collaboration with Fil Products Inc.
Fil Products Inc. is Safeview's partner for the Philippines. Philippines, with an approximate figure of more than 4 millions of Pay TV homes, is expected to switch from analog to digital in the coming 2 years. Safeview, thanks to this agreement with a local partner, will offer its high security solutions for Digital TV to guarantee the switch to profitable business models in the new digital TV age.

Safeview leads the ITACA 3D project financed by the AVANZA 2009 (Spanish Government)
Madrid (Spain), February 2010.- This project aims at developing a platform for creation, production and distribution of stereoscopic video entertainment for viewing 3D television networks through distribution of audiovisual content.
The project has scheduled a series of test broadcasts via DTT in the first half of 2010, and aims to become a national benchmark in terms of 3D technology. Throughout the project different aspects such as the creation of banners and program guides consistent with 3D transmission systems and multi-view autostereoscopic systems will be tackled. Also delve into the various transmission and compression standards such that it will be possible to optimize the bandwidth consumption.
Participate in project Planet Media, the Madrid Polytechnic University, Alcatel-Lucent and Vicomtech.
